Old Macdonald has produced this powerful but elegant dry gin by blending natural ingredients grown on the farm with ironwood seed, sweet verbena leaf and cilantro seed from across Australia. Juniper and angelica are present but do not overpower this very welcoming drink. The judges at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards in Melbourne thought it should take a Silver Medal home to Gidgegannup. We're very excited, some very tough competition!
