This smooth, seasonal gin is hand crafted by Old Macdonald using the velvet fruitiness of Western Australian wildflower honey. The honey is produced by clouds of bees feasting on vast carpets of wildflowers near the fishing village of Cervantes (Western Australia’s wildflower collection is one of the largest on Earth, with more than 12,000 species).
Javanese cubeb berries add a delicate hint of spice while the creamy freshness of elderflowers tie all the flavours together. The softness of the honey is balanced by zesty and aromatic kaffir lime and lemongrass, delivering an enchantingly flavourful gin.
